All bookings are subject to availability
Rooms will be kept until 18:00 on day of arrival unless otherwise assured or guaranteed.
A 50% deposit is required in order to secure your booking unless a travel agent voucher, official credit granted company order authorization is supplied.
Check-in is after 14:00 and check-out is before 10:00, unless special arrangements has been made
Rates may be subject to change.

Cancellation Policy for Rooms & Lodges:

a.) Cancellation from 6 weeks prior to arrival – Full Refund
b.) Cancellation from 4 weeks prior to arrival – 75% Refund
c.) Cancellation from 2 weeks prior to arrival – 50% Refund
d.) Cancellation from 1 weeks prior to arrival – 25% Refund
e.) Cancellation less than 1 weeks prior to arrival – No Refund

Cancellation Policy for Rooms & Lodges:

GROUP BOOKING

All group reservations are subject to an extended cancellation policy, subject to the specific group size and dates reserved. An agreement of which will be made on confirmation of reservation.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. local time.
Check-out time is 12:00 noon local time.
No smoking in rooms. Breach of this policy entitles the property to charge the guest card at the additional value of that night’s accommodation.
Accommodation and other incidentals are subject to be settled as per contractual agreement, specific to the group. All charges not settled by the guests upon departure will be charged to the guaranteed credit card.

PARKING & LIABILITY

Parking is available free of charge to all Lodge Guests.
All Guests are welcome to use our car park which is security patrolled. However cars and their contents are parked at the owner’s own risk. We do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage, unless caused by the Lodge's wilful misconduct.
Therefore guests should ensure thay they lock their parked vehicles.

LOST PROPERTY

Please contact Reception immediately on becoming aware that you have left items at the Hotel.
Any Guest property which is left behind in the rooms or elsewhere on the property will be kept in Lost & Found for a period of 90 days. Thereafter we reserve the right to donate any items to a Charity of the Hotel’s choosing.
The Guest will be responsible for any packaging, postage or courier fees in getting items returned to them.
All unassigned property will be forwarded to a charity or disposed of depending value.

SWIMMING POOLS

As the pool is not under constant supervision, it is stressed that Guests are responsible for their own safety whilst in the pool area.
Running, jumping or diving in the pool area is not permitted.
Swimming is only permitted during official opening hours.
Guests are advised to read the additional regulations which apply and are on display in the pool area.
For safety reasons, all children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult when using the swimming pool. Their safety is under the responsibility of the adult accompanying them.
The Lodge does not accept any liability for accidents or injuries at the Swimming Pool area, or anywhere else on the Estate
No glass and bottles allowed at the Swimming Pool area.
